Creatacor originally became aware of energy-efficient lighting upgrades through their work with Osram Sylvania. Creatacor’s goals with their lighting project were to improve lighting, improve safety through better egress lighting and reduce energy costs. SmartWatt designed and installed a project that drastically lowered the system wattage of the lighting system and simultaneously reduced the lighting system operating times. The design of the lighting system called for re-circuiting to warehouse and production-related space so that bi-level control, occupancy controls and emergency lighting could be incorporated into the project.
In addition to improved conditions, Creatacor will enjoy the following realized energy savings from this lighting retrofit project:
