Bala Plaza is a three-building office complex located in Bala Cynwyd, a significant suburban submarket positioned just outside of Philadelphia’s central business district. The three buildings of Bala Plaza were constructed between 1967 and 1982. One is a Class B building while Two Bala Plaza and Three Bala Plaza, are Class A buildings. There are two points of ingress and egress to Two Bala Plaza, one main entrance from St. Asaphs and the other off Decker Boulevard from the rear of the building, with entrances to the building from a multi-level parking garage. Three Bala Plaza (comprising of two towers known as the East and West buildings and are connected by an underground walkway) is set back from St. Asaph’s Road and is located in a suburban atmosphere with mature trees on a professionally landscaped and wooded lot. There are two points of ingress and egress to Three Bala Plaza, one from St. Asaphs Road and one from Monument Road, and there are two lobby entrances to each building, on the north and south sides.
