Lighting Challenge

•Lobby chandelier featured inconsistencies between bulb wattages and three blown sockets, resulting in patchy lighting and dark spots
•Hallway recessed ceiling lights were using R20 bulbs whose narrow beam angles caused shadows

•Reduced yearly lighting energy costs by $46,604 and yearly bulb costs by $5,246
•Created an even lighting aesthetic in hallways by using LEDs with wider beam angles
•Achieved uniform lighting in lobby chandelier by repairing sockets and using bulbs with consistent wattages, beam angles, and color temperatures
